Tortuga is Hull #1 - This is the first Westsail 28 built and personally sea trialed by her designer, Herb David. She was in great shape when I bought her, and I have continually upgraded her with safety and offshore equipment since then. She is a safe, sturdy, beautiful, go anywhere boat. A comfortable live-aboard, and a good boat that you can always count on to take care of you, no matter what the conditions are. This boat is ready for offshore. My plans have changed and regrettably I must sell her. Her Harbor Island, San Diego slip is transferable to the new owner.
