This Westsail originated on the East Coast, but is now located in the Pacific Northwest where she has had a lot of new love poured into her.
Accommodations:
V berth with queen sized bunk and twin sized bunk. Starboard side of cabin has upper and lower berths and dinette converts into an additional double bunk.
Deck & Hull:
Deck is fiberglass with mahogany and teak caprails. Dodger and bimini. No osmosis on fiberglass. Hull in good condition.
Galley:
Stainless sink, Sanyo refrigerator ice box, Whale Tip Toe foot pump, new Jabsco freshwater pump, 6 gallon water heater, new freshwater tank, Kenyon 2 burner propane stove, new propane detector and remote shutoff, and Force 10 kerosene heater.
Engine:
Volvo Penta MD 22 L 50 HP 4 cylinder. New fuel lines, fuel lift pump, and sea strainer basket. Recently removed and painted, coolant flushed, and looked over by Volvo Penta mechanics and reinstalled on new motor mounts with a new stainless steel dripless shaft seal.
Plumbing:
New hoses for all through-hulls and most of the water lines, and working on installing holding tank. 3 through-hulls replaced. Also, new head pump installed.
Electrical:
30 amp 125 volt shorepower system, much new wiring on DC system, Prosport 20 amp battery charger.
Electronics:
New 5" Ritchie compass, Navico TP300CX autopilot, new Moore digital depth sounder, Horizon Intrepid VHF, SEA222 SSB, Furuno GP31 GPS
Mast and Rigging:
Profurl furling jib, SS shrouds, two Barient #18 winches (recently serviced) and three Barlow #15 winches
Sails:
7 in total. Westsail main, furling jib, storm sail, spinnaker, and 3 headsails. All in good condition.
Ground Tackle:
35# CQR and fisherman spare anchor. 3/8" chain with 1" twist rode and spare 3/8" chain with rode.
