Defiant is a factory finished boat with some beautiful custom mods. The standing rigging and other areas of the boat were very overbuilt to survive anything! See below. I lived aboard her for many years and single handed her from Texas to Puerto Rico and back in 2010. My life circumstances, and goals have now changed and I just don't have energy or resources to put into her any more. She is a very stout W32. She does need a fair bit of cosmetic TLC. (refinish wood, finish uncompleted nonskid and bottom job needed)
Typical factory finished layout with a few custom modifications. Drawers next to hanging lockers had been removed and was converted to an extra wide hanging locker. Cedar lining in hanging locker. Drawers were built in to the port side cabinetry underneath the V berth. Custom companionway stairs that hinge at the top and latch to the coachroof for quick, easy access to engine compartment. Slide in drop boards to access engine. New upholstery in main salon in 2014. Corian top on chart table to match Corian galley countertops.
